KELHPL™ Human Platelet Lysate is a fibrinogen-depleted and anticoagulant-free Human Platelet Lysate of EU origin. As a xeno-free and easy-to-use cell culture supplement,  KELHPL™ Human Platelet Lysate   supports the efficient and safe in vitro expansion of various primary cells and cell lines.

Due to a unique fibrinogen-depletion technique,  KELHPL™ Human Platelet Lysate   is a clot-free and anticoagulant-free Human Platelet Lysate. The product neither requires the addition of anticoagulants in cell culture nor during manufacturing. That makes  KELHPL™ Human Platelet Lysate   a ready-to-use Human Platelet Lysate that is widely applicable, since the absence of anticoagulants offers even more convenient cell growth conditions.

Each batch of  KELHPL™ Human Platelet Lysate   is produced from large pools of platelet units. That ensures batch-to-batch consistency and enables reproducible conditions.  KELHPL™ Human Platelet Lysate   is manufactured from platelet units obtained from healthy blood donors at licensed blood centres in the EU.

Depending on the concentration of the supplement, the cells were induced to proliferate rapidly：

The removal of fibrinogen from human platelet lysates simplifies conversion from serum-containing cell culture media, and cell culture protocols only require adjustment of the HPL concentration used (specific to cell type)

Easy to handle, safe in cell culture, reproducible results three, the presence or absence of fibrinogen does not affect cell culture performance, but some studies have shown that due to its potentially proinflammatory properties, reducing fibrinogen and avoiding heparin (an anticoagulant) are beneficial.
